The lounge in our new flat was dark and depressing. Grey carpet, mismatched alcove shelving, and beige walls. Lovely fireplace though!

Carpet gone, new white walls, white shelving and pretty lighting. Thanks to my brother and his wife for giving me the gorgeous ceiling light when they moved to Canada! It looks amazing. The floorboards will be sanded next month!
