We now have planning approval for our extension, see here for the plans, which is really exciting. It does mean that our horrible kitchen needs to stay as it is for a while longer until we can knock it down and build a nice new one! However, as yet another tile spontaneously falls off the kitchen wall (I have no idea why they’re doing this), I am drawn to other people’s beautiful spaces.
This house in Peckham, London, has a gorgeous light-filled kitchen extension. I love the concrete floor, steel beams and vintage furniture which just soften the modern lines slightly.
